Our Strategic Plan and Annual Plan

The Board is responsible for creating and maintaining a Strategic Plan.  From this plan, the principal develops an Annual Plan outlining how the objectives will be met, which is approved by the board, then implemented.  The principal reports to the board twice a term at each Board meeting against the Annual Plan Goals.

How is a Strategic Plan created?

Our Board completes a broad community survey every two years, through CultureWise, to capture feedback on what is going well, and what areas we might prioritise and strengthen.  The Board also completes a regular staff survey, which it uses alongside student achievement data, and the community feedback to identify areas to prioritise over the upcoming 2 to 3 years.

How are the Strategic Plan and Annual Plans reviewed?

Each year, the board and principal complete an Annual Report, which includes a Statement of Variance, where we report to the Ministry against our Annual Goals from the Strategic Plan.  You can find our most recent Annual Report here, on our school website
